This versatile ultrasonic flow meter is the latest innovation employing cutting-edge technology in ultrasonic transit-time measurement, digital signal processing and surface mounting electronics. It provides abundant capabilities for accurate liquid flow measurement from outside of a pipe. The proprietary signal quality tracking and self-adapting techniques allow the system to optimally adapt to different pipe materials automatically.

The ultrasonic flow meter is equipped with an LCD display/key board module. The users can either use the RS-485 interface or the display /keyboard interface to program the flow meter for easy connectivity to PLC’s and SCADA.

Magbar 600 with MSP 3000 form a versatile flow meter for conductive liquids such as Raw Water, Chilled water, effluents, Potable water etc . Using time proven electromagnetic flow metering principle, Magbar achieves a low cost flow meter for pipes larger than 200 mm. Since there are no moving parts, the flow meter gives years of maintenance free service.

The insertion probe is available with On-Line insertion/Removal version and fixed versions. Wherever there is a possibility of shutting down the flow to atmospheric pressures, fixed versions is a cost effective solution.

Signal Converter MSP3000 is available with all the features required in a field mounted water metering equipment. These include - weather proof enclosure, communication options, RTC with data logging with printer option and 4 to 20 mA isolated Flow signal transmission option for flow pattern recording. The converter is available as field mounted-IP65 protection category.

RD-09 REMOTE DISPLAY displays LEVEL & CONTENTS, DATE and TIME of data
update and can be located up to 1km away and is powered locally.
